The experience I've gained over 35 years, both nationally and internationally, in the fine dining sector, encompassing pastry , ice cream , chocolate making, research, and development, has given me extensive knowledge and expertise in these various fields. This has led me to work with dedication, determination, focus, and commitment. I've been very skilled with my hands since a young age, and my artistic side is undoubtedly one of my most distinctive traits. It's the art of showcasing my passion .
